Tricentis has built qTest for organisations testing at genuine scale, and it shows: cross-project reporting, governance, an account team, and native ties into the rest of the Tricentis portfolio if you already run Tosca. What surprises smaller teams is the shape of the purchase. There's no public price, so evaluation starts with a call rather than a trial. Analytics is qTest Insights, a module. Copilot is its own line. The platform you saw demonstrated and the platform in the quote are frequently different platforms, and working out which capabilities are included takes several conversations that have nothing to do with whether the product is good.

Is Observatory comparable to qTest Insights?
Different design, and Insights is more configurable at enterprise scale. Observatory is question-first — pick the question and it builds the chart — with ready-made insights for flaky tests, requirement coverage, defect aging and MTTR, plus a 0–100 project health score. The material difference is that it's included rather than a module.
We already run Tosca. Does that change the calculus?
It does, and in qTest's favour. Tosca and qTest are the same portfolio, so the integration is native and supported. Hawzu takes Tosca results like any other framework — via the REST API or a JUnit/xUnit report — but there's no first-party integration.
