Hawzu is a test case management platform operated by Snoowl. It provides tools for managing test cases, executions, releases, requirements, defects, and related workflows.

Features and functionality may evolve over time, and availability may vary based on configuration or deployment stage.

User accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

Access to Hawzu is governed by role-based access control. You agree not to attempt to bypass access restrictions or misuse the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Hawzu only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.

• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise system security
• Do not misuse access tokens or authentication credentials
• Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or abusive content
• Do not interfere with other users, workspaces, or services

Data and content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to Hawzu.

By using the service, you grant Snoowl permission to process your data solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the platform.

Service availability

Hawzu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Planned maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may occur from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoowl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Hawzu.

Termination

Snoowl reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Hawzu if these terms are violated, or if continued use presents a security, legal, or operational risk.
